On 27-05-2014 Charl Naude, athletics coach at Nelspruit
Hoerskool and also coach of Folavio Sehohle, will host a mental training
session at Hoerskool Nelspruit. I can speak out of experience that it
helped me with last year’s Comrades. He will speak
about mentally focusing and preparing yourself for the race. It is not
only for Comrades runners but open to everyone. There is no cost
involved but I thought it would be nice to make a donation for
petrol as he is doing it for the love of the sport.
The time will be 17:30 at Hoerskool Nelspruit.
